The latter two sorces researched as being the most effective. Pycnogenols are shown to be 17-20 times more powerful than asorbic acid and 50 times more than vitamin C and the A,C,E combination.

Grapeseeds, grapeseed skins, natural dark chocolate, berries, almonds, are just a few sources of antioxidants. Pycnogenols are water soluble so they rapidly absorb into the body-within 20 minuets. They remain in the body up to 3 days being quite compatible with the human digestive system. Eliminated through the urine and perspiration, these non-toxic substances found in grape pips are 85-95% pure with the additional amounts being plant fiber.

Dosage---

Recommended intake is 1 milligram per 1 pound of body weight until saturation (7-10 days). Then the dosage is cut in half.
